We bought this house off-plan, and were therefore able to choose, in our opinion, the best plot on this exclusive development of only 5 houses. That also allowed us to make certain tweaks to the original design. For example, we chose to have the fifth bedroom incorporated as a dressing room into the Master bedroom suite. We knew and loved this house before the first brick was laid, and living here for 11 years has been an absolute joy.
