My parents moved into 14 Almond Road when it was first built in around 1952. My twin brother and I were born in the 1960’s and it remained in our family home until the passing of both parents who lived a long and happy life together. 14 Almond Road has always been the happiest of family homes. As children I and my brother enjoyed the large garden; from me pretending to horse ride around it to my brother chasing me. Whoever lives here I hope it will come to mean as much to you and your family and give you the happiness and safety it gave to my family.
