We have lived at the property for 5 years having bought it when it was newly built. When we found that our family would be growing we converted the loft to add two bedrooms and extended the living dining area. We have been very happy here and our neighbours are great. We inserted a gate in the back garden, which is fully south facing, so that our daughter can play with one of our neighbours children safely in our and their garden without the need to go on to the roads to reach each other. Another neighbour feeds our pets (chickens and cats) whenever we are on holiday. It is a friendly road to live on and with so much right on our doorstep, the Dome, Cinema, Bowling, well regarded primary and secondary schools within walking distance. We will be sad to leave having adapted the house to make it perfect for us but are moving closer to our family which can only be a good thing.
