We have lived in this beautiful quirky cottage for the past 4 years and have been very happy here until we have outgrown it and yes we do have a plum tree which gives plums in abundance ! We are within walking distance of the Yorkshire Wildlife park and are lucky enough to be able to hear the lions at feeding times and any musical entertainment they have throughout the summer. The garden has the benefit of sun all afternoon into the early evening which has been very welcome over the past few months.
The local Hayfield school and New college are a short distance away as are excellent local primary schools.
The airport is also close by which has proved invaluable saving time when going on holiday.
