Job Title: Home Move Consultant (Sales Team)
 Location: Bessacarr, Doncaster

Description

The Property Hive is one of Doncaster's most recognisable brands renowned for its passionate approach to helping homeowners to move. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to provide an opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our team. Even if you have no previous Estate Agency experience, we will help nurture and develop your talents.

Previous experience of working in a customer service or sales role for a minimum of four years is necessary.  To be successful in this role, you will need an outgoing personality and be an excellent communicator who enjoys learning new skills.

Day-to-day-tasks 

  • Keeping in touch and working with your buyers and sellers, helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Arranging for buyers to take a look at properties and showing them around.
  • Conducting negotiations for the sale/purchase of properties.
  • Generating business and acquiring new customers.
  • Securing feedback from buyers regarding the properties they have seen.
  • Carry out a range of marketing activities online and via social media.

  • Have a full driving license

Working Hours

Full-Time Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30, plus alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00 (note: when working a Saturday, you will have a day off in the week)

Benefits

  • Basic Salary Range £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (depending on competency levels and experience)
  • Plus an Annual Profit Share Bonus, sharing the rewards of the success you help to create

Job Title: Property Marketing Manager

 Location: Field-Based/Bessacarr, Doncaster

Description 

Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for listing properties for sale and let.  This will involve visiting properties to capture images and creating the marketing materials used to advertise homes online/offline and through other platforms like social media.

The work you do is pivotal in showcasing properties for sale or let and is fundamental to our brand's success.

The production of high-quality marketing assets for properties would include both still photographic imagery and the latest 3D technology to showcase properties digitally.

The role will require you to travel around the area to properties and so a company car is provided along with training in photography and other marketing activities.

This is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills and develop a career in property marketing.

Day-to-day-tasks 

  • Booking your own appointments and managing your diary.
  • Taking internal and external photographs.
  • Scanning properties with 3D photography equipment.
  • Editing photographs.
  • Drafting marketing brochures and other assets.
  • Manage and organise your own activities to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Obtain documentation and information from property owners.

Restrictions & Requirements

  • Have a full driving license with no endorsements.

  • No criminal records or convictions.
