Previous experience working in a customer service or sales role for a minimum of two years will be necessary. To be successful in this position, you must be an excellent and confident communicator with energy and passion for helping others. You will need to demonstrate that your working experience to date has helped you develop solid skills that allow you to persuade and influence others and are able to conduct negotiations that create positive outcomes. Evidence of delivering great experiences for your customers will be important to us along with a track record of being a credible customer champion.

No two days are the same in this line of work and your working time is likely to be varied and dynamic. Helping people to achieve their property-related dreams and aspirations are at the heart of what we do. You will be responsible for looking after your own portfolio of properties for sale and helping prospective buyers to secure their dream home. A guide throughout their journey.
This will involve meeting people in person and getting to see inside some amazing properties. Your schedule will be busy, so organisation skills are going to be very important along with well-developed influencing and negotiation skills. You will be expected to deliver strong performance through self-motivation, working to qualitative and quantitative targets. Each team member is expected to contribute to the success and growth of the team generating new business and acquiring new customers. Communication is pivotal to the role and you will be expected to keep in regular contact with your customers and carry out a range of marketing activities online and via social media.
The role requires an amount of travel outside of the office whilst visiting customers and properties, so access to your own transport is required and a full driving license. Due to the nature of the work and privileged access to personal data and properties, it is imperative that the candidate is of a trustworthy nature with no criminal convictions. We are a modern company who utilise the latest technologies and applications to deliver our services. Therefore you will need to demonstrate a level of computer competency and familiarity using the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
Full-time normal working hours would be Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30, plus alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 16:00 (note: when working a Saturday, you will have a day off in the week). Flexibility may be necessary on occasion and we recognise that works both ways.
