After looking at the market and inviting different agents to do valuations before selling my property i went with Hive. The agent we dealt with was Sylvia. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and obviously knew the market well. Multiple viewings were arranged as soon as it went to market and the house was sold in a week. Could not recommend them enough.
