I just wanted to share how much of a credit to your estate agency Eric is, I've just had a second viewing, at a different house, (I'm not convinced he remembered me despite saying so) I think he's the dad of the owner. He's brilliant, not pushy, warm, engaging polite not afraid to offer personal opinion, doesn't rush you and admits if his knowledge has gaps, I don't know if it comes with his experience or he's just a great bloke, but honestly, keep hold of him.
