Part-Time Accompanied Viewer

We’re excited to be recruiting for a part-time Accompanied Viewer supporting our Doncaster branches. 

The hours of this role are every Friday 10:00 – 19:00 and Saturday 09:30 – 13:00, and then a zero-hour contract where we need extra branch support.

 

What does this job involve?

 

As an accompanied viewer, you will meet and show prospective clients around properties for sale or let, which involves:

 

  • Conducting viewings in a knowledgeable and professional manner
  • Assisting clients with questions where possible
  • Familiarise yourself with the property credentials ahead of the viewings
  • Attend team meetings
  • Promote the company and our unique approach to helping homeowners to move

 

What are we looking for?

 

You must be presentable, honest, reliable and trustworthy, as you will be responsible for the safety of our clients and the security of properties.   

Punctuality is essential whilst engaging with customers in a friendly manner, pointing out the key features and benefits of each property.  You should have a passion for helping people and a buzz about property.

You will be expected to promote the company image and foster our values.  Access to your own transport is essential.  Key attributes include:

 

  • Essential that you drive and have your own car
  • Have no criminal convictions and a clean driving licence
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Friendly and efficient
  • Demonstrate excellent timekeeping
  • Immaculately presented and professional manner
  • Can work well under pressure and time demands
