Why choose this home

From the moment I first walked into our house I loved it. So much light shines through and whilst having a modern decor it always feels homely. The kitchen/living area at the back of the house is where we spend most of our time. It gives us the space to come together as a family to chat, eat or just relax. The bifold doors open out to the good sized garden which has lovely red brick wall perimeter where we have held many gatherings for family and friends. The study has changed through the years, a Lego room, Gaming room and Office so I’m sure any new family coming into this house will also find it a great additional functional room. The four bedrooms upstairs are all a good size too enabling everyone to have their own space. We have ample parking, a driveway with space for two cars and large garage and also parking at the front. Due to an extended family, we now need more bedrooms, otherwise, we would have been very happy to stay here. I hope the new owners will love the house as much as we have.
